Frappato Rosè, obtained from a slight maceration on the skins.
The intense cherry color, the nose expresses a slight hint of pepper, typical of Frappato, alternated by notes of wild strawberries and a hint of lemon thyme that
gives the wine a round and spicy aroma, very Provencal style.
The low gradation makes it easier to drink it, for a really interesting and incredibly light rosè. A feminine wine
- in the most noble sense of the word - that manages to wrap you like a cashmere scarf in the middle of summer.
Ideal to sip at arctic temperature - 10/12 degrees maximum
- together with some grilled fish.
